In order to register an adoption of a Tanzanian child the following documents (originals) are required: 

• Adoption Order issued by the High Court 
• Adoption Certificate 
• Birth certificate of child before adoption 
• Birth certificate of child after adoption

These documents must be legalized by the Tanzanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

Please note that the documents will be sent to Switzerland and can therefore not be returned to you.
