Starting on January 1st, 2012 the finances for visitors to Switzerland have to be covered either by the applicant himself or through an official guaranty declaration by the host. See under:
Since 13th of October the transport fee for the passports to send to the Swiss Embassy in Astana and backwards is: 45$
