Registration with the  Swiss Embassy is mandatory for Swiss citizens who intend to stay abroad for more than 12 months.

Arrival from Switzerland or Liechtenstein

If you moved from Switzerland or Liechtenstein to Singapore, please register in person during office hours (Monday - Friday 09:00 - 12:00). 

The following documents are required:

• registration form (see on the right of this page)
• original passport
• original Act of Origin (Heimatschein, Acte d'origine, Atto d'origine)
• departure notice (Abmeldebescheinigung / Avis de départ / Notifica di partenza)

Arrival from another country

Please notify the Swiss diplomatic or consular representation where you were registered before about your new address in Singapore. Your data will then be transferred to this Embassy and you will be informed accordingly.

Please note:

The Embassy should be kept up-to-date on the following information :

• change of address, telephone number and/or e-mail address
    Online form for a change of address
• departure from the consular district
• change in civil status, i.e. birth, marriage, divorce, death and so forth
• acquisition or loss of any additional citizenship.
