The visa application fee (Schengen visa type A, C) for persons with a passport from Serbia or Montenegro currently amounts to Euro 35.--. National visa application fee (Schengen type D) amounts EUR 60.--. 

Visa application fees for persons other nationalities with a valid “permission to stay” for Serbia or Montenegro are variable. Information can be obtained directly from the visa section. 

The visa application fee will not be reimbursed in case the visa section has to informally refuse the visa request. 

If the application has to be forwarded to the competent immigration authority in Switzerland for decision, an additional transmission fee will be collected.

Visa application forms are available to anyone free of charge.

Only completed form and complete supporting evidence will be accepted on the visa counter.
