• Payment of the service charge of TRY 23.- at any “IS Bankasi” or “Yapi Kredi branch
• Specify that the payment is destined for the information service of the Embassy of Switzerland in Ankara
• On the next working day, contact the Call-Center by telephone indicating the pin code given by the bank
• The pin code is valid for one phone call and one appointment
• Instead of a bank payment you can call the Call-center and pay directly with credit card

Holders of Turkish diplomatic or special passports i.e. red, green, grey passports can travel visa free for stays up to a maximum of 90 days within 6 months.

In case of a visa refusal, always notified in writing, the Swiss Embassy informs about the possibility of filing an objection.
