Together with my colleagues of the embassy, I welcome you to the website of the Embassy of Switzerland in Ottawa. The primary mission of this representation is to promote and protect the interests of Switzerland and of its citizens, not only in Canada but in the Bahamas as well. Its role is also to foster the excellent relations that exist between Switzerland and these two countries.

The embassy website offers a broad range of information on its activities in the fields of politics, economy and trade, as well as social, cultural, scientific, consular and visa matters. In order to make administrative procedures easier, forms are available on-line for you to download. Also you will find some information on Swiss associations and Swiss clubs in Canada.

The embassy’s role is also to promote trade activities between Canada and Switzerland, in cooperation with the Swiss Business Hub Canada with offices in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal.
