Virtually no country is immune to organized international crime. Not even Switzerland. Criminal organizations work in networks, flexibly and across borders. Many are organized as business enterprises, with the difference that they obtain their profits from illegal operations that have no respect for people and then try to channel these profits into the legal economy.
